Therapy is an emotional and financial commitment.
We offer a free consultation phone call to help you determine whether therapy with the Mulligan Therapy Group is the right fit for you. We will provide you information regarding fees during this call. If therapy with us is not right for you, we are happy to provide referrals.
Following the consultation phone call, we will schedule a consultation appointment which is billed at the full fee. We kindly ask that you complete all consent forms before the first appointment. During this appointment we will continue to assess whether we are the best fit for your needs, and we suggest you do the same. Can you imagine yourself building trust and benefiting from working with us?
We are not in network with insurance but can provide a superbill when appropriate. The superbill may be used to get reimbursement from your insurance carrier if you have out of network benefits. We suggest that you call your health insurance provider and ask what your out of network coverage is for therapy. If you have questions about insurance, please feel free to ask us in your consultation call or at any time in your therapy.
You will be asked to put a credit card on file when completing initial paperwork. We charge the card at the end of appointments (or within the week). Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment time to avoid being charged the full fee. Insurance does not reimburse for late-cancelled appointments.
We are aware of the inequity that exists regarding access to therapy. As such, we each reserve a specific number of reduced fee sessions to attempt to begin to address this gap. These are not always available but please feel free to inquire.
